A warm colour with very light copper flecks, on the nose it is a concentration of aromas: bitter orange, apricot, very minerally, it is reminiscent of toasted barley, flint, smoky hints of peat, wild herbs like fennel, the balsamic waft continues in the mouth, with black pepper and anise. A very long finale with great structure.<\/p>\n

This wine can accompany fine dishes of fish-or meat-based cuisine: first courses with rich sauces based on poultry and feathered game, or tasty fish sauces.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
